Shipping is available on items as indicated. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID. Items that are not paid for with a credit card online or over the phone by the end of the loadout date will be considered no show and abandoned. You will not be reimbursed and the items will be returned to the seller or re-auctioned. Items that are paid for and have been held for 5 business days without contact will be considered abandoned. It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure any and all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site.
The Auctioneer, NPS Auctions Inc., and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.įailure to load your items by the end of the auction loadout will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout. For auctions held at our facility, a forklift is available to assist in loading large items from the ground level. Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during loadout times. Our fantastic sellers promptly pick up their unsold/abandoned items.
